The NGO “LGBT Forum Progress” has been invited to participate in the work of the meeting in extended composition.

The meeting will be held in the building of the Parliament of Montenegro, Blue Room, with the following agenda:

1. 2013 Performance Report of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, submitted by the Institution of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, in line with Article 47, paragraph 1 of the Law on the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro;

2. Information on international proceedings against Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights for 2013, submitted by the Montenegro’s Representative to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg;

3. Information on the second monitoring visit of co-rapporteurs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to Montenegro, undertook on 15 and 16 April 2014 – implementation of Recommendations contained in the Resolution 1890 (2012) PACE (Committee Service) and

4. Current issues.
