Due to continuation of the Fourth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016, scheduled for today at 12:00h, Chairperson of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms Mr Halil Duković will not be able to participate in the gathering on the topic “Supporting children and young people to live independently after leaving state care”, organised jointly by the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare and UNICEF Office to Montenegro in hotel “Ramada”, Podgorica .
