The Working Group “SEECP PD” was established with a view to devise modality of operations and preparation of legal framework of the South East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP) Parliamentary Assembly. In accordance with the conclusions from the Conference of SEECP Speakers of Parliaments held in Ohrid, the inaugural sitting of the SEECP Parliamentary Assembly was supposed to have been organised in Bucharest, within the Romanian presidency over this initiative.
