Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, on the 29^th meeting held today, expressed positive opinion for Mr Jovan Mirković to be the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to Japan, who will perform his duty on non-residential basis, in Podgorica.
