Committee on International Relations and Emigrants holds its 41st meeting

At today's 41st meeting of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, upon the initiative of MP Darko Pajović, the Committee unanimously reached a decision on holding a control hearing of Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Montenegro and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Mr Igor Lukšić and Minister of Interior Mr Raško Konjević, regading the emerging dispute with Bosnia and Hercegovina on delimitation in the area of Sutorina.

At today’s meeting, Committee members positively assessed the following:

1. Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Operational and Strategic Cooperation between Montenegro and the European Police Office;

2. Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and Government of the Republic of Austria for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Property;

3. Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Convention on Nuclear Safety;

4. Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Energy Charter;

Due to previously announced absence of the representative of the Government , the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Slovak Republic on Economic Cooperation and Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol between Montenegro and Republic of Slovakia together with the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Socialist Republic of Czechoslovakia on Regulation of Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters of 20 January 1964 are postponed for a following meeting.
