The Committee also considered the Proposal for the friendship groups of the Parliament of Montenegro with parliaments of other countries. In accordance with the significance of the issue of cooperation with numerous countries, the Committee members reached an agreement that the Proposal be further considered in MP Groups, after which MP Groups will submit the conclusions and suggestions, the Working Group for establishing friendship groups will include them in the final version for discussion at the following meeting. It was decided that following MPs shall be part of the Working Group: Mr. Miodrag Vuković, docent PhD, Mr. Suljo Mustafić, Mr. Borisla Banović, Mr. Milan Knežević and Mr. Dritan Abazović, MA as well as acting Secretary to the Committee Ms. Vesna Radulović.

The Committee decided to also form the Working Group, which will create the Proposal for the Platform on cooperation of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants with emigrants from Montenegro. It was decided that following MPs shall compose the Working Group: Mr. Miodrag Vuković, docent PhD, Mr. Suljo Mustafić, Ms. Žana Filipović, Mr. Mićo Orlandić, Mr. Koča Pavlović and Mr. Dritan Abazović, MA as well as acting Secretary to the Committee Ms. Vesna Radulović.

The Committee decided to postpone consideration and adoption of the Work Plan for 2013 for the following meeting of the Committee.
