Committee on International Relations and Emigrants holds its 52nd meeting

Seven proposals for laws considered

The Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held its 52nd meeting, where the following was unanimously supported: Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Slovakia on Economic Cooperation; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities of the Southeast European Law Enforcement Center; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Institutional Framework of the Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Initiative for South Eastern Europe; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Framework Agreement between Montenegro represented by the Government of Montenegro and the European Commission on Implementing Regulation of the EU Financial Assistance to Montenegro under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA II); Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Decision on Montenegro’s accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement to the World Trade Organisation, while Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on Police Cooperation was supported by a majority of votes. Due to the announced absence of the proposer of the law, the consideration of Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol between Montenegro and the Republic of Slovakia together with the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Socialist Republic of Czechoslovakia on Regulation of Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters of 20 January 1964 was postponed.
