The Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held its 66th meeting today, where unanimous positive opinion was given to the proposal that Mr Milorad Šćepanović be elected as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Montenegro to the Republic of South Africa, Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the African Union (AU), on a non-residential basis.
