Committee on International Relations and Emigrants held its 84th meeting, whereat the Committee members gave a positive opinion on the proposal for appointing Mr Milorad Šćepanović as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary - Head of Montenegro’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations and other international organisations in Geneva, on residential basis in Geneva.
