By majority of votes cast, the Committee supported Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Judicial Council and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Courts.

Consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Constitutional Court of Montenegro and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Prosecution was postponed for 19 September 2013, following the completion of 23^rd meeting.
