By a majority of votes, the Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro. MP Snežana Jonica submitted three amendments, which were not supported by the required majority of the Committee.

Due to reasoned absence of a number of Committee members, the 37th meeting was adjourned, thus the Voting on the candidates for election of four members of the Judicial Council among the respectable jurists as well as Voting on the Proposal of the Prosecutorial Council for election of the Supreme Public Prosecutor of Montenegro, submitted by the Prosecutorial Council will be held at one of the following Committee meeting.
