At its 46^th meeting, which has started today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration adopted the following: Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Inspection Control, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanours and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Witness Protection, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.

Voting on the following: Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Enforcement and Security, submitted by MP Damir Šehović, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by MPs Azra Jasavić, Milutin Đukanović and Velizar Kaluđerović has been postponed for some of the following meetings, until the Government submits its Opinion.

Due to absence of the proposer’s representative, discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Enforcement and Security and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Criminal Code of Montenegro, submitted by 20 MPs  of Democratic Front, has been postponed for some of the following meetings.
