The 54th meeting, that opened today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered the 2013 Annual Report of Judicial Council on Performance of Courts in Montenegro.Declaring on the Report was postponed for one of the next meetings of the Committee.
The Committee also considered the amendment (one) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanours, introduced by members Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica, as well as two amendments of the Committee and supported them unanimously.
Member Ms Azra Jasavić introduced an amendment (one) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Witness Protection, which was supported by the Committee with majority of votes cast.
Discussion on the Proposal for a Decision on forming Interim Committee for exercising supervision over the work of state bodies, public administration organs and local authority organs, with respect to the consistent application of the law in order to build confidence in the electoral process, introduced by members: Mr Goran Danilović, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Mladen Bojanić, as well as the discussion on the amendment (one) to the proposed Proposal for a Decision, introduced by members Ms Ljerka Dragičević, Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Andrija Popović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Mr Kemal Zoronjić, Mr Nik Đeljošaj and Mr Suljo Mustafić, were postponed for the continuation of the meeting.
Also, the discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code was also postponed for the continuation of the meeting, submitted by 20 members of the Democratic Front and on the Report from the Control Hearings of the Director and members of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media Council on the subject of "Program standards in the electronic media - consistent application Law on Electronic Media", with the proposed conclusions.
