At the sixth meeting of the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration, held on Friday, 15th March, 2013 the discussion on the Proposal of the Decision for holding control hearing of the Minister of Internal Affairs Mr. Raško Konjević, the Supreme State Prosecutor Ms. Ranka Čarapić and the President of the Supreme Court and Judicial Council Ms. Vesna Medenic commenced. The Proposal was submitted by MPs of Democratic Front Socialist People’s Party and Positive Montenegro with the topic: Actions of Police, Prosecution and Judiciary in current cases that have characteristics of organized criminal actions and various types of corruption.

The meeting was interrupted, with the consent of members of the Committee, in order to request interpretation of the provision of Article 75 paragraph 3 of the Rules of the Procedure of the Parliament from the Collegium of the President of the Parliament, after which the meeting will be continued.
