At the 54^th meeting that ended today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration supported unanimously the Report on the Control Hearing of the director and members of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media on “Program standards in the electronic media - the consistent application of the Law on Electronic Media”, with the proposed conclusions

The Committee supported the Proposal for a Decision on exercising supervision over the work of state bodies, public administration organs and local authority organs, with respect to the consistent application of the law in order to build confidence in the electoral process, submitted by members of the Parliament: Mr Goran Danilović, Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and Mr Mladen Bojanić.

The amendment (one) to the submitted Proposal for the Decision, introduced by members Ms Ljerka Dragičević, Mr Almer Kalač, Mr Andrija Popović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu, Mr Kemal Zoronjić, Mr Nik Đeljošaj and Mr Suljo Mustafić, was supported with majority of votes.

In addition, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code as well, submitted by 20 members of the Democratic front. Declaring on the Proposal for the Law was adjourned for one of the next session of the Committee.
