Introductory explanation of the Proposal for the Law was given by the representative of the proponent, the secretary to the Ministry of Finance, Mr. Damir Rašketić.

In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, and at the invitation, the director of the Agency for Electronic Media, Mr. Abaz Beli Džafić, and the president of the Council of the Agency, Mr. Ranko Vujović, attended the meeting.The election of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee was postponed for the next meeting.
