At the 58^th meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration a consultative hearing of the candidate for the election of the Supreme State Prosecutor of Montenegro was held, proposed by the Prosecutorial Council.

During constructive debate the proposed candidate, Ivica Stanković, the judge of the Supreme Court of Montenegro, briefly outlined his biographical information, as well as the motives for applying to the public notice. Committee members afterwards, in two rounds, asked candidate questions and constructive debate was led.

After the hearing, Committee sent a report to the Parliament for further consideration and decision.
