At its 73rd meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered amendments (53) to the Proposal for the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
The Committee unanimously supported amendment 2 submitted by MPs Mr Slaven Radunović and Mr Emilo Labudović, amendments 11 and 16 submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić, as well as amendments 3, 4, 8 and 10 submitted by MPs Ms Branka Bošnjak and Mr Veljko Vasiljević.
Additionally, with a majority of votes the Committee supported amendments 2 and 4 submitted by the MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić, while the representative of the proposer did not approve with them.
Amendments (7) submitted by the MPs Mr Darko Pajović, Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Goran Tuponja, Mr Srđan Perić; amendment 1 submitted by MPs Mr Slaven Radunović and Mr Emilo Labudović; amendment (1) submitted by the MPs Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Darko Pajović, and Mr Srđan Perić; amendments 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18 and 19 submitted by the MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić; amendments (6) submitted by the MP Ms Snežana Jonica, as well as amendments 1, 2, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 submitted by the MPs Ms Branka Bošnjak and Mr Veljko Vasiljević did not obtain the necessary majority.
The Committee has unanimously decided to submit amendments (2) to this Proposal for the Law, with which the representative of the proposer agreed, thus making them an integral part of the text of the Proposal.
