At today held 70th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered the Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015, in part related to consumer units: the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, the Constitutional Court, the Judiciary, Prosecutor’s Office and the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interest.
Meeting of the Committee was attended by a representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015: Nikola Vukićević, Director General of the Directorate for Budget, Indira Lekić, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, as well as representatives of budget units: Dragan Pejanović, Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, Nataša Pešić Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Mladen Vukčević, President of the Judicial Council, Ivica Stanković, President of the Prosecutorial Council, Veselin Vučković, Deputy Supreme State Prosecutor, and Maja Karas Bošković and Marija Madžgalj, on behalf of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interest.
Meeting of the Committee was not attended by representatives of consumer units Constitutional Court.
Pursuant to Article 137 paragraph 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, the Committee shall submit the Opinion to the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget, as the umbrella committee.
