At today held 71st meeting, Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered total of 17 amendments to the: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Road Traffic Safety, Proposal for the Law on Communal Police and Proposal for the Law on Administrative Procedure.

Regarding the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Road Traffic Safety, the Committee supported: amendment 2 of MPs Veljko Vasiljević and Branka Bošnjak, amendment 3 of MPs Almer Kalač, amendment (1) of MPs Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić and reformulated amendment (2) of MPs: Zoran Jelić, Ljerka Dragičević, Suljo Mustafić, Damir Šehović and Marta Šćepanović. Amendment 1 of MPs Veljko Vasiljević and Branka Bošnjak, amendment (1) of MPs Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić and amendment (1) of MPs Ljerka Dragičević did not obtain the required majority. MP Almer Kalač withdrew amendment 2 to this Proposal for the Law. Amendment (7) of MP Snežana Jonica were not considered.

Regarding the Proposal for the Law on Communal Police, the Committee supported amendment (1) of MP Slaven Radunović and amendment (1) of MPs: Marta Šćepanović, Saša Pešić and Zorica Kovačević. Amendment (1) of MPs:  Azra Jasavić and Srđan Perić and amendment (1) of MP Andrija Popović did not obtain the required majority.

Regarding the Proposal for the Law on Administrative Procedure, the Committee supported amendment (1) of MP Slaven Radunović and amendment (1) of MPs: Draginja Vuksanović, Marta Šćepanović and Džavid Šabovića. Amendment (1) of MPs Azra Jasavić, Srđan Perić and Dritan Abazović MA and amendment (1) of MPs Danijela Marković and Neven Gošović did not obtain the required majority. Amendment (1) of MPs Marta Šćepanović and Zorica Kovačević was withdrawn from procedure.
