At the 76^th meeting, Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held the Consultative discussion regarding the consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Courts, Proposal for the Law on the Judicial Council and the rights and duties of judges and the Proposal for the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.

Apart from the members of the Committee, pursuant to the Article 73 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting was attended by the following, with the aim of obtaining expert opinions on proposed laws:

• Mr Mladen Vukčević, Chairman of the Judicial Council;
• Ms Vesna Simović – Zvicer, member of the Judicial Council;
• Mr Loro Markić, member of the Judicial Council;
• Mr Zoran Živković, President of the Council for Misdemeanours; and
• Ms Stanka Vučinić, representative of the Association of Judges of Montenegro.

After a comprehensive and constructive debate, voting on proposals for laws was postponed for one of the next meetings.
