At its 77^th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration held a consultative discussion regarding the consideration of the: Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecution Office and Proposal for the Law on Special Public Prosecutor's Office.

In line with article 73 of the Rules of Procedure, and with the aim of gathering expert opinions on proposed legislation, in addition to the representative of the proposer, the following also took part in the discussion:
• Mr Ivica Stanković, President of the Prosecutorial Council;
• Mr Radovan Krivokapić, member of the Prosecutorial Council;
• Mr Veselin Racković, member of the Prosecutorial Council;
• Mr Hakija Lješnjanin, member of the Prosecutorial Council;

After a comprehensive and constructive discussion, vote on the proposals for laws was postponed for a following meeting.
