At its 80th meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered 12 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Criminal Code.
The Government of Montenegro, as the proposer, submitted 4 amendments which became an integral part of the writing of the Proposal for the Law. The representative of the proposer accepted amendment 1 of the MPs Mr Borislav Banović and Ms Draginja Vuksanović.
The following amendments did not obtain the necessary majority of votes: amendment (1) by MPs Aleksandar Damjanović and Ms Danijela Marković and amendments (3) of MPs Mr Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović. The Committee did not vote on amendments (3) by MPs Ms Zorica Kovačević and Veljko Zarubica.
MP Ms Snežana Jonica submitted 2 amendments to Proposal for the Law on Inspection Control. Representative of the proposer accepted the reworded amendment 2 while amendment 2 did not obtain the necessary majority.
The Committee decided to submit 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Prosecutor’s Office which became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
