At the continuation of the seventh meeting, the Committee, by majority of votes, adopted the amended Work Plan of the Committee for 2013. Also, by majority of votes, the Committee made Decision on holding the control hearing of Mr. Dragan Lajović, President of the Board of Directors of Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, Mr. Kemal Đečević, Labor Fund Director and Ms. Vukica Jelić, Director of the Employment Agency of Montenegro with the topic: „Using state resources in election campaign”.

At the eight meeting of the Committee, by majority of votes, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners, submitted by the Government of Montenegro, was supported. Discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State and Other Holidays, submitted by MPs of SDP, was postponed until the continuation of the meeting.
