At the continuation of its sixth meeting, the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration, by majority of votes, adopted the decision on holding the control hearing of the Minister for Interior, Mr. Raško Konjević, Supreme State Prosecutor Ms. Ranka Čarapić and President of the Supreme Court and Judicial Council Ms. Vesna Medenica, which was submitted by MPs of the Democratic Front, Socialist People’s Party and Positive Montenegro, with the topic: "Actions of Police, Prosecution Office and Judiciary in cases which have characteristics of organized crime with special attention to the case „Škerović“, „Šarić - Lončar“.

Upon the end of the sixth meeting of the Committee, the seventh meeting commenced, where the Report on the work of the Committee for 2012 was adopted.

Voting on the Proposal of the Work Plan of the Committee for 2013 as well as the Proposal of the Decision for holding the control hearing with the topic: “Using state resources in election campaign” was postponed for the following meeting of the Committee in accordance to the Conclusion of the Collegiate Body of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, no. 00 - 32 - 5/13 - 42.
