At its Third Meeting, held today, on 18th February 2013, the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration, considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro.

The Committee supported unanimously and proposed to the Parliament for adoption the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro, submitted by MPs: Mr. Rifat Rastoder, Mr. Rešid Adrović and Mr. Saša Pešić.

Regarding the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Government, submitted by Democratic Front, the Committee took no stand.

Discussion on the Proposal for the Private International Law was postponed for the one of the following meetings.
