At today’s 90th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered and unanimously supported Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Judicial Council and Judges, submitted by the Government of Montenegro. The Committee decided to submit two amendments to this Proposal for the Law.

Additionally, by a majority of votes, the Committee supported the Proposal for the Decision on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by MP Mr Andrija Popović
