At the 92^nd meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration endorsed with majority of votes the Report from the Consultative Hearing on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, with the proposal for conclusions.

The Committee endorsed with majority of votes the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code, submitted by the Government of Montenegro. In addition, the Committee decided to submit amendments to this proposal for the law.
