At its 95^th meeting held today, Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered 10 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Execution of Sentences of Imprisonment, Fines and Security Measures.

Amendment (1) by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marija Ćatović, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Damir Šehović, Mr Goran Tuponja, and Ms Snežana Jonica, was accepted by the representative of proposer.

Amendment (4) by MP Ms Snežana Jonica did not obtain the necessary majority. The representative of proposer did not agree with this amendment. 

MP Ms Snežana Jonica abandoned amendments 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

Furthermore, MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Ms Marta Šćepanović abandoned amendment (1).

The Committee did not vote on amendments (2) by MPs Mr Srđan Perić and Mr Goran Tuponja, due to the absence of submitters of amendments.
