Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, at the 102^nd meeting that was held today, considered 17 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Confiscation of Assets Acquired from Criminal Activity.

Amendments (7) submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Ms Maida Bešlić, as well as amendments 2 and 7, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica, were endored by the representatives of proposers.

Amendment (1) submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Miljanić and Mr Goran Danilović, amendments 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8, submitted by MP Ms Snežana Jonica, and the Amendment (1), submitted by MPs Ms Jelisava Kalezić and Ms Branka Bošnjak, did not receive the majority required. Representative of the proposer did not agree with these amendments as well.
