At today’s 102nd meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration determined a text of the public notice for the election of one member of the Prosecutorial Council from among respectable lawyers, in line with its competences.

After completing the 102nd meeting, the Committee held 103rd meeting, during which it supported, by a majority of votes:  Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro,  Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Capital City, as well as Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Local Self-Governments, submitted by MPs: Mr Halil Duković, Mr Nikola Gegaj, Mr Tarzan Milošević, Mr Miodrag Vuković, Ms Žana Filipović, Mr Zoran Jelić and Mr Almer Kalač.
