At today’s 105th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration considered and unanimously proposed the Law on Administrative Inspection, submitted by the Government of Montenegro.

The Committee also considered the 2014 Performance Report of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests, supported by a majority of votes.

Within the third item of the agenda, two Committee considered two initiatives for holding:

- Consultative debate with regard to the initiative by the NGO “Human Rights Action” on the need for amending the Law on Media.

- Control hearing of Minister of Justice Mr Zoran Pažin on the topic: “Application and effects of the Law on Enforcement and Security and control over the work of public enforcement officers”.

The Committee will vote on the said initiatives at some of the following meetings.
