At the 109^th meeting that was held today, members of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration performed the hearing of the Minister of Justice, Mr Zoran Pažin, on the topic: "Implementation and Effects of the Law on Enforcement and Security and the Law on Public Enforcement Officers".

The aim of the control hearing was to analyse the state of civil law enforcement systems in Montenegro, which has been regulated by the Law on Enforcement and Security, as well as organisations of public enforcement officers, regulated by the Law on Public Enforcement Officers, and their application.

Mr Zoran Pažin - Minister of Justice, Ms Marijana Laković Drašković - Director General of the Directorate of Justice at the Ministry and Mr Siniša Mugoša - Chairman of the Chamber of Public Enforcement Officers of Montenegro, answered wide-ranging questions of MPs, members of the Committee. After the constructive discussion, the report with draft conclusions was decided to be prepared, which will be referred to the Parliament for consideration.
