At today’s 116th meeting, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration established the Proposal for the Decision on the election of two members of the Prosecutorial Council from among respectable lawyers. Following the vote, Mr Novak Bego Laković and Ms Vesna Ratković obtained the necessary majority.
At today’s meeting, the Committee also adopted the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Procedure for Establishing the Proposal for Election of Four Members of the Prosecutorial Council from among respectable lawyers.
Furthermore, the Committee also adopted the 2015 Annual Performance Report of the Committee.
