Proposal for the Law on Internal Affairs, submitted by MPs of SDP as well as Proposal for the Decision on amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by MP Andrija Popović supported.
The Committee supported two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica. Following the discussion of the Committee members on submitted amendments, the Committee did not accept those.
Agenda of the Twelfth Meeting of the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration was supplemented with amendments to the Proposal for the Decision on amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by MPs Snežana Jonica and Neven Gošović.

Due to absence of the proponent representatives, the Committee postponed the discussion on Proposal for Decision on opening parliamentary investigation and establishing the Inquiry Committee for the purpose of collecting information and facts on events relating to the work of the state authorities, on the occasion of publishing audio recordings and transcripts from the meetings of Democratic Party of Socialist bodies, in daily newspapers “Dan”, submitted by 27 MPs of the parliamentary minority.
