The Committee unanimously supported and proposed to the Parliament for adoption the Proposal for Decision on opening parliamentary investigation and establishment of the Inquiry Committee for the purpose of gathering information and facts on events relating to audio recordings and transcripts from the meetings of DPS bodies, submitted to the Parliament by 27 MPs of the opposition parties.

Proposal for the Conclusions on building trust in electoral process, submitted to the Parliament by 28 MPs of the opposition parties, was supported by majority of votes cast.

Proposal for the Law on Pronouncing the Presidential Elections, held on 7 April 2013, non-democratic and invalid, submitted by the 28 MPs of the opposition parties, was not supported by the required majority, so the Committee proposed to the Parliament not to adopt it.
