At the fourteenth meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration held today, the Annual Performance Report of the Judicial Council of Montenegro on the work of judiciary in Montenegro in 2012 was considered. The Report was explained by Ms Vesna Medenica, the President of the Supreme Court and the Judicial Council. Following the constructive discussion, the Committee decided that the voting on the Performance Report should be postponed for some of the next meetings, in order to prepare and propose to the Parliament certain positions and conclusions about it.
