1. To the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the General Law on Education (3)
After stating its opinion, the Committee supported the amendment 3. The proponent of the law did not accept this amendment. Amendment 1 and 2 were not supported by the Committee. Proponent of the Law did not accept these amendments. Proponent of the Law accepted the amendment 1 submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić and Marta Šćepanović, considered by the Committee on the thirteenth meeting held on 29 July 2013, and it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments General Law on Education. The proponent of the Law accepted two amendments of the Committee to the Proposal for the Law.
2. To the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Primary Education (3). After stating its opinion, the Committee supported the amendment 3 submitted by MP Snežana Jonica. The proponent of the law did not accept this amendment. Amendment 1 and 2 were not supported by the Committee. The proponent of the Law did not accept these amendments.
3. To the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Gymnasium (1). After stating its opinion, the Committee did not support amendment 1 submitted by MP Snežana Jonica. The proponent of the Law did not accept the mentioned amendment.
4. To the Proposal for the Law on Higher Education (9). The Committee did not supported amendments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 submitted by MP Snežana Jonica. The proponent of the Law did not accept those amendments; Consideration of the amendment submitted by MP Srđan Milić was postponed due to absence of the submitter.
