At today’s 37th meeting, the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports has considered the Proposal for the Law on Higher Education in wording which the Government, in line with Article 151 of the Rules of Procedure, sent to the Parliament of Montenegro for adoption by shortened procedure. The Committee has proposed the Parliament to support the Proposal for the Law.

The Committee has not considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić and Snežana Jonica, because proposers did not attend the meeting.
