At its tenth meeting held today, the Gender Equality Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, in the part of its competences, considered and supported by a majority of votes the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the General Law on Education, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Gymnasium, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Vocational Education.

Within the item current issues, the Committee was informed, inter alia, on holding the first public walk of LGBT persons – Sea Side Pride – in Montenegro, and send a support letter to organisers.
