The Conference was about the challenges in implementation of modern concept of human rights and vulnerable groups and (non) visibility of human rights of persons with disability.  

The conference was attended by: Suad Numanović PhD, Minister for Human and Minority Rights, Mitja Drobnič, Head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, Zoran Pažin, State Agent of Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights, Marijana Laković Drašković, lawyer, as well as representatives of civil sector -Milorad Marković, Milena Perović Korać, Bojana Selaković, Milisav Mimo Korać, Dejan Tmušić, Dragana Tripković, Olja Stojanović, Hatidža Neljaj, Jovana Hajduković and Ervina Dabižinović.
