The meeting was marked by the discussion on proposed amendments relating the prolongation of time for the usage of electro-acoustic and acoustic devices in outdoor hospitality facilities as well as limit values of noise.

Following the comprehensive and constructive discussion, the Committee decided to ask from the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism statistical data on noise (complaints filed for violation of regulations on noise with comparative data from the previous years), information on competences of the communal police and Inspection Directorate of Montenegro as well as data on European legislation in this field.

Submission of a number of amendments to the Proposal for the Law was announced as well as participation of natural and legal persons at the Committee meeting.

It was decided the Proposal for the Law to be considered at a following meeting.
