At its 54th meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the following: Proposal for the Law on Spirit Drinks, Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Yachts, and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Waste Management Law. The Committee submitted ten amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Spirit Drinks and five amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Waste Management Law. The representatives of the proposers accepted amendments of the Committee, thus making them an integral part of the proposal for the law.

At today’s meeting, the Committee adopted the 2015 Performance Report.

Consideration of the Law on Coastal Property was postponed for some of the following meetings.
