At its 55th meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the following: Proposal for the Law on Housing and Maintenance of Residential Buildings, regulating rights and obligations of apartment owners with regard to maintenance of a residential building and its common areas, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Water, harmonising this Law with the Law on Administrative Procedure, and Proposal for the Nature Protection Law, regulating the field of nature protection. They also specified conditions for assessment of acceptability of measures and conditions for protection of nature in plans, basic principles, and programmes, as well as the procedure of that assessment.

At today’s meeting, the Committee adopted the 2016 Work Plan.
