Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning today held the 62 meeting, during which it considered amendments to two proposals for laws being on the agenda of the Tenth Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2016.
The Committee considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Environment (six), submitted by MPs: Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Maida Bešlić. Amendments 4 and 6 were accepted by the representative of the proposer and they have become an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law. Amendments 2 and 5 were modified, and as such, they have become an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law, therefore the Parliament shall decide on these separately.
Representative of the Government, as the proposer of the Law, did not accept amendments 1 and 3. After voting, amendment 1 and 3 were not supported by the requested majority.
The Committee considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, submitted by MP Mr Almer Kalač (three). Representative of the proposer for the Law accepted amendments and they have become an integral part of wording of the Proposal for the Law.
Amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, submitted by MP Mr Emilo Labudović (two) were not considered by the Committee, in line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
