At the sixth meeting of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning held today, the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction, submitted by the following MPs, were considered:
- Mr Almer Kalač (13),
- Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica (1),
- Ms Snežana Jonica (5),
- Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Veljko Vasiljević and Mr Koča Pavlović (1),
- Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Žana Filipović (10),
- Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Branko Čavor (3) i
- Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Zoran Vukčević (1).
MP Mr Almer Kalač withdrew the amendments 1, 2, 6-13, and the representatives of the Government accepted the modified amendments 3, 4 and 5, thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament shall not decide on them separately. The Committee supported the amendments 3, 4 and 5 of the MP Kalač.
The Government accepted the amendment of MPs Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica, as well as the amendments 1, 2 and 5 of Ms Snežana Jonica, thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. The Committee supported the proposed amendments.
By a majority of votes, the Committee supported the amendments 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, submitted by MPs Mr Sekulić, Mr Čavor and Ms Filipović, and the amendments 1, 2 and 3 by Mr Sekulić and Mr Čavor. The proponent, the Government, accepted these amendments, thus making them an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament shall not decide on them separately.
Voting on amendments 3 and 4 by MP Ms Snežana Jonica, as well as the amendment by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Zoran Vukčević was postponed for tomorrow’s meeting.
The minutes from the third and fourth meeting of the Committee were approved.
