At its seventh meeting held today, the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction.
The Committee did not support the amendments 3 and 4 submitted by MP Snežana Jonica nor five amendments submitted by MPs Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić.
The Committee supported by majority of votes cast one amendment submitted by MPs Predrag Sekulić and Zoran Vukčević. The Government accepted this amendment, thus it has become the integral part of the Proposal for the law, and the Parliament shall not decide on it separately.
