At the Eighth meeting of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning held today, three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction were considered, submitted by MPs Ljerka Dragičević (1) and Andrija Popović (1).
The Committee supported, by majority of votes cast, modified amendments of MP Andrija Popović. The Government accepted modified amendments submitted by MP Andrija Popović, thus those have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, and the Parliament shall not decide on them separately.
The Committee did not support the amendment of MP Ljerka Dragičević, and the Government also did not support the amendment of MP Dragičević.
Amendments (3) submitted by MPs Vladislav Bojović and Novica Stanić were not considered, in line with the Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
