Apart from the members of the Committee, the meeting was attended by the representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law Ms Gorica Savović, Assistant Minister of Health. 

The representative of the proponent of the amendments, the MP Ms Nada Drobnjak withdrew the amendment (1) from the procedure.

The amendment 2 was accepted by the representative of the proponent of the Proposal in the altered form, rephrased by the Committee to read as follows:

Article 6 paragraph 1 item 1) is hereby amended as follows:

       - “ 1) in cooperation with the Red Cross of Montenegro (hereinafter referred to as the “Red Cross”):

       - the Annual Plan of Blood Requirements shall be adopted;

       - a sufficient number of volunteer blood donors shall be provided;

       - the volunteer blood donations shall be initiated and encouraged and the blood donors shall be taken care of.”

The amendment 3 was accepted by the representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law and it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

The amendment 4 was accepted by the representative of the proponent of the Proposal in the altered form, also rephrased by the Committee to read as follows:

In Article 44 paragraph 1 item 2) is deleted.
