A the 48th meeting of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro held today, the following two amendments were considered: the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Zorica Kovačević and the amendment II to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Zorica Kovačević.
Aside from the members of the Committee, in capacity as the representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labour Law, the meeting was attended by Mr Slobodan Filipović - Director of the Labour Directorate and Ms Tijana Prelević – Head in the Department of Labour Relations, within the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare
Within the first item on the agenda, members of the Committee considered the amendment by Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Zorica Kovačević.
On behalf of the proposer of the amendment, keynote address was made by Mr Zoran Jelić.
The Amendment reads:
In the Article 99, and following the paragraph 2, new paragraph shall be added to read:
''The body that decides on the process of implementation of pension and disability insurance shall, upon request of the person referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, issue data for exercise of rights in terms of paragraph 1 and 2 of this Article.''
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.
Representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law accepted the amendment, and it has become an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law.
Within the second item on the agenda, members of the Committee considered the amendment II by members Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Zorica Kovačević
On behalf of the proposer of the amendment II, keynote address was made by Mr Zoran Jelić.
The Amendment II reads:
In the Article 2 paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
Representative of the proposer of the Proposal for the Law accepted the amendment II, and it has become an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law.
Member Ms Zorica Kovačević pointed to the fact that the amendment II has also been accepted by the Legislative Committee.
Mr Zoran Jelić, the Chairman of the Committee, was appointed Rapporteur on behalf of the Committee.
